Organic Farming

 Organic Farming Vs. Conventional/Nonorganic Farming:

This video just shows the different types of farming. It shows the differences between conventional farming and organic farming. Organic farming does not use any type of chemical like; Fertilizers or pesticides and no G.M.O's. In the other hand conventional farming does use chemicals in farming.

In this chart it shows the differences between conventional farmers and organic farmers. Also the image shows who uses more chemicals than the other. It also shows the different type of farming by how the animals and crops are begin processes.

  Dairy:

Yep, organic milk really is better for you than regular milk:

By Melissa Dahl

"Sometimes, the word “organic” earns its health halo: A new study finds that organic cow’s milk really is healthier than conventional milk.
Organic milk contains more heart-healthy fatty acids than regular milk, says study author Charles Benbrook, a research professor at the Center for Sustaining Agriculture and Natural Resources at Washington State University. The WSU researchers tested nearly 400 samples of organic and conventional milk over 18 months.
“There’s really no debate around the world -- when you feed dairy cows more grass, you improve the fatty acid profile of milk. You also increase the protein level,” Benbrook says. On the other hand, cows fed a corn-based diet produce milk that’s higher in omega-6 fatty acids.
The reason organic milk is healthier comes down to its ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids, which is lower than in regular milk. A diet containing too many omega-6 fatty acids and not enough omega-3s has been linked to heart disease, as well as cancer, inflammation and autoimmune diseases. That’s because your gut converts omega-6s to arachidonic acid, which can cause inflammation. But the anti-inflammatory powers of omega-3s help to counterbalance that reaction, which is why keeping that ratio low is so important. (An omega-6 to omega-3 ratio of 2.3 to 1 is best for heart health, research suggests.)"
This article just explains how organic milk is a better healthy option then other milk products. The reason why the organic milk is healthier because when the cow eats grass it produces an fatty acid for the milk. Also the cow produce omega- 6 to omega-3 which helps our heart healthy fatty acids.

Vegetable:

This video just talks about observing different types of vegetables from organic and conventional/non organic farming. The video also observes the outcome of each grown style of fruit and vegetable  to which one has more Pesticides than the other. The organic style farming has less pesticides than conventional/non organic farming.

The image shows the two different types of grow lettuces. One of the lettuce is organic grown and the other is conventional grown. One the left side the lettuce is organic so its fresher than the other lettuce.

Fishing:
Is organic better for your health? A look at milk, meat, eggs, produce and fish.
By:Tamar Haspel
Fish:
"The USDA has not issued any organic standards for farmed fish or shellfish, but several overseas organizations have. (Because there’s no way to control the diet of wild fish, “organic” doesn’t apply.) Canadian standards prohibit antibiotics and hormones, restrict pesticides and set criteria for acceptable feed. There’s not enough research comparing organic and conventional fish to draw any conclusions about their health benefits."

This is pretty clear in the fishing category there's no type of organic standards. In the other hand they do have oversea organization of organic fish. Due to the fact that the USDA has not regulated any standards for organic fishing.
